Turkish style chicken .
Happy Sunday friends ! So here’s the recipe as promised.
Prepare your Marinade; Using1 tbsp tomato paste ,1 tbsp red pepper paste (home made optional), 1 tbsp yogurt, 2-3 tbsp olive oil, 3-4 cloves of minced garlic, salt to taste, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of oregano, 1 tsp of paprika , 1tsp of red chilli flakes.
Mix the marinade with approx 800 gms of chicken with SKIN (whole chicken or boneless chicken thigh )
whichever you prefer).Keep the marinated chicken in fridge for 6 hours or atleast a minimum of 2 hours .
For the vegetables, take 5 potatoes peeled & cut into chunky squares, 2 diced red bell pepper, 1 diced green pepper/bell pepper.Marinate with salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, paprika & olive oil.
Put chicken & veggies on a baking tray.Bake at 200 degrees celcius in a pre -heated oven.It should take 45 minutes for it to be ready, but start checking after 35 minutes.Enjoy this super delicious chicken with your loved ones & friends & stay humble even after a load full of compliments.😀
