Today’s Lunch, Millet Roti, ((Made with Ragi (finger millet), Jowar (Sorghum) & Bajra (pearl millet) flours.Also added grated raw papaya to the dough)) with sarson ka saag, (mustard leaves & spinach leaves boiled with ginger-garlic & green chilles, blended to a thick puree on cooling & tempered with ghee & red chillies whole & powdered) & yogurt along with radish salad & ginger pickle.

Millets are completely gluten free, have a low glycemic index & are a power house of vitamins & minerals.
So when are you adding millets to your diet ?
