Meat balls stroganoff with spaghetti – Give a break to the usual cooking & try out this yummy comfort dish this weekend.

So here we go – To a pan with oil on medium heat, add 2 tsps of minced garlic & one small onion chopped.Saute till nice & soft.Reduce heat & pour cream of mushroom soup (made using at least 15-20 pieces of mushrooms) & half a cup of milk, a tbsp of Worcestershire sauce (if not available substitute it with 2 tsp of soy sauce & 1/2 tsp of apple cider, half a tsp of mustard sauce, also add in some brown sugar & cinnamon powder ).

Add in 12-15 meat balls (I used frozen meatballs from ITC )Cook for 10-15 minutes, so that meat balls absorb the flavours & are nice & soft.Add in 3/4 cup of sour cream or greek yogurt ( I substituted with fresh cream ), salt to taste (remember meat balls also have salt added) , black pepper & chilli flakes.

Mix everything well .Cook for 2 minutes & serve meatballs over your favourite boiled pasta , rice or egg noodles.Enjoy.Do not forget to sprinkle your favourite dried herbs on top .
