Cole Slaw – This classic 5 minute Cole Slaw recipe is a perfect side dish, with fried chicken, barbecued meats & French fries. It can make your hamburgers & hot dogs creamier & its perfect as a sandwich ingredient .Which ever way you use, its simply enhances the deliciousness of the dish.
So here we go – Add 1/4 cup of hungcurd if you want to avoid Mayonnaise (else add a quarter cup of Mayo), a tbsp of sugar, 2 tsp of lemon juice, half a tbsp white vinegar, 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper , salt to taste in a large mixing bowl & whisk everything well.To this dressing, add 4 cups of shredded cabbage & 2-3 julienned carrots.(Add half a cup of red cabbage if available). Mix well & refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.Enjoy.
