Bazlama – Last month I made this very versatile & delicious bread for the first time & everyone at home thoroughly enjoyed it.
Bazlama is a soft & delicious Turkish flat bread, which is also called village bread.
In ancient times it was cooked in the specially designed outdoor rock ovens in Turkey .Nowadays its made on a heavy bottomed pan on stove top .
The best part is that its a no knead bread & gets ready in just 1 hour .Bazlama resembles a thick pita bread.It is fairly simple to make & uses only 5 ingredients .
